Multiple submissions of the same receipt will not be accepted, each receipt is
valid for only one (1) coupon for $3.00* off a purchase of a Lindt Excellence
(100g) bar, regardless of the number of participating products on the receipt.
If multiple submissions of the same receipt are sent in for validation, you
will receive a message indicating that the receipt is not valid.

Can I submit the same receipt for the Lindor Movie Night promotion and the
Everyday Excellence Offer promotion?
Answer: Yes, the same receipt can be
submitted to the two Lindt promotions as long as the qualifying products
purchased for each are made within that one receipt during the promotion
period.

Question: Can multiple rewards be
received per receipt?
Answer: No, each receipt can only qualify for one reward,
regardless of the amount of qualifying purchases made in one transaction on one
receipt.
Question: What do I do if the program
does not validate my receipt?
Answer: If the receipt is not validated by the system,
the system will send you a message indicating why the receipt could not be
processed. The image of the receipt can then be resubmitted for processing. If
you continue to have issues please email customerservice@tpgny.com for

Question: Do I get one chance to
validate my receipt?
Answer:
While each receipt may only be validated once, if you submit a receipt and it
is not approved by the system you will receive a suggestion as to why the
system did not approve it. After 3 failed entries you will be asked to mail in
your receipt as well as your information.

receipt should be photographed for redemption?
Answer: You will need to take a photo of your entire
